He was a long-time resident of Graham where he worked as a supervisor at Kimbell Feed Midland. Mr. Holder worked 33 years at Graham Milling Company and was a member of Oak Street Baptist church.
Survived by wife; son - Joe Holder; sister - Ruth Tate; four brothers - Jack Holder, Floyd Holder, Melvin Holder, Sherman Holder; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
