From the records of the Cemetery Office of Pine Grove Cemetery, Prince Albert, Reach Township, Ontario County, Ontario, we received confirmation of the burial of Mary Ann (Mark) Boynton on December 3, 1894 and that there is no monument to mark her grave site. In the records she is entered as Mrs. William Bointon of East Saginaw, being her residence at the time of death. No age is given. We also have a copy of the obituary from a newspaper clipping. Both these records are copies supplied by Joan Facey. The newspaper obituary of Mary Ann (Mark) Boynton states: Mary Ann Boynton, aged 67 years, died this morning at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. James Stevenson, 844 North Washington Avenue. Deceased has resided with her daughter for the last thirteen years. She leaves four daughters and five sons, Mrs. James Stevenson and Edwin Boynton, of this city; Mrs. F.E. Goulding and William Boynton of Bay City; Mrs. Wallace Williams of Wheeler, Michigan; Mrs. Thomas Wilcoxson, of Bridgeport, Michigan; J.C. and Walter Boynton, of Texas; B. Boynton, of KLinmount. The remains will be taken to Port Perry, Ontario for burial.
