GUENDOLYN (AGLER) SCHMIDT, 85, of Fort Wayne died Thursday at Concordia Lutheran Home in Cabot, Pa.
The Wren, Ohio, native lived in Fort Wayne most of her life. She was co-owner of Schmidt Pharmacy in Fort Wayne. She had volunteered at Lutheran Hospital and Lutheran Home. She was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church and National Association of Retail Druggists.
Surviving is her son, Larry T. of Pittsburgh. Her husband, Edward K., died in 1984.
Services are 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Lutheran Home Chapel, 6701 S. Anthony Blvd., where calling is after noon Tuesday. Calling is also 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Road. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Memorials are to Concordia High School Educational Foundation, Bethlehem Lutheran Church or Lutheran Home Chapel Fund.
