THOMAS L. CARNEY, age 56. died Friday afternoon at the home of his daughter. Mrs. W. C. McMillen in Topeka. Carney's home was at Brookvllle, Kan. He was a member of the state legislature from Wallace county 1913-1914 and was a member of the Brookvllle Masonic lodge No. 209, of which he was master at the time of his death. Beside his widow, he is survived by daughters L. Julia McMillen of Topeka; Mary Carney, Louise Carney, Helen Carney, and a son, Craton Carney, all of Brookville.
