Charles Edward Chapman, son of Elijah and Julia (Findley) Chapman was born May 22, 1861 in Homer Township, Calhoun Co .Michigan and passed away on Oct 28 1946.
On May 13, 1883 he was united in marriage to Mary Elizabeth Linton, daughter of James H. and Jennie C. Linton of Homer, MI, who preceded him in death on Feb 17, 1927.

Homer- Charles Chapman, 84 died at this home in Marshall Monday. He is survived by three sons, Wallace and Leo of Homer and Homer of East Leroy and two daughers, Mrs Harry Weiss of Homer and Mris Lulu Rogers of Battle Creek.
Services will be held Thursday from the Marsh Chapel in Litchfield with burial in Litchfield.
