According to information I have found, Anna was born January 17, 1863 in Sweden and may have arrived in Boston on the Cephalonia on May 21, 1888 with daughter Emma (listed as 11 months old on the passenger list). I do not know if Johnson was truly her maiden name or a married name.
Anna & Emma settled in Middletown, CT. The 1889 & 1890 Middletown City Directories list an Anna Johnson, housekeeper, boarding in Farm Hill.
Sometime around 1893, Anna married John Sven Holmberg who had also immigrated from Sweden. They continued to live in Middletown & had one son & four other daughters.
