Mrs. Cornwell was a native of Modesto. She lived in Modesto 48 years. She lived in Myrtle Point one month. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Cornwell of Myrtle Point; children, Anita Brown and Paul Cornwell, both of Modesto, and Priscilla Cox of Tubac, Ariz.; and six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at Grace Orthodox Presbyterian Church, Modesto, at 7 p.m. Thursday. Myrtle Grove Funeral Service, Coquille, Ore., in charge of arrangements.
