Franklin L. Dalton, 54 of Second Creek, W. Va. was a son of the late William Nigah and Bina Alda Webb Dalton. He was a life long resident of Second Creek, attended Highland Park Methodist Church, was a member of the McLaughlin Hunting Club, a Korean War veteran, and a forman for Anderson Paving Co. He is survived by his wife, Norma Morgan Dalton; a daughter, Elizabeth Ann at home; two sons, Franklin Lee and William Patrick, both at home; six sisters, Goldie Elmore of Waynesburg, Va., Gaye McKay of Palm Desert, Calif., Gladys Vance of Caldwell, W. Va., Grace Hess of Lewisburg, W. Va., Loretta Alderson of Alderson, W. Va., and Bonnie Clutter of Fairlea, W. Va.; three brothers, Posie and Simon Dalton both of Fairlea, W. Va. and John Dalton of Columbus, Oh. Burial in Highland Park Methodist Cemetery, Second Creek.
