Martha J. Beach, 75, of Barboursville, W.Va., went to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 1, 2006, after a long illness. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, October 3, 2006, at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel by Pastor William Kouns. Burial will be in Forest Memorial Park, Milton, W.Va. She was born May 16, 1931, in Lincoln County, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Marion and Lola Rayburn Holley. She was also preceded in death by three brothers, Harold Holley, Marion Holley and Bud Rayburn, and three sisters, Luvenia Holley, Virginia Holley and Birdie Scites. She was a cook for the Barboursville Senior Citizens Center and a member of the First Huntington Christian Baptist Chruch. She was a loving wife and a loving, caring and wonderful mother. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Frankel Beach; three sons and two daughters, Roger Beach and wife Connie of East Lynn, W.Va., Mike Beach of Huntington, W.Va., and Tim Beach and wife Melinda of Barboursville, W.Va.; Pam Clonch and husband Bill of Barboursville, Linda Masters and husband Tim of Barboursville; 16 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Betty Hicks, Ellen Clagg and Ledith Salmons; special cousins Helen Lott, Ruby Beakman and Alice Pierce of Ohio; special friends Leon and Betty Hunter of Danville, W.Va.; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and a multitude of friends. The family would like to give a special thanks to Hospice House of Huntington and all their employees. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hospice House of Huntington in honor of Martha J. Beach. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville.
