ANNA MARIE "Mom-O" HINERMAN, 90, of Wayne, W.Va., formerly of Huntington and Barboursville, W.Va., passed away Wednesday, July 21, 2010, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 24, 2010, at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel by the Rev. Jim Plyburn. Entombment will be in Woodmere Memorial Park Abbey of Remembrance. She was born November 23, 1919, in Huntington, a daughter of the late William Earl and Bertha Bailey Kooken. Anna Marie was a 1937 graduate of Huntington High School. She was a professional secretary and office manager for several businesses and West Junior High School before retiring from the J.L. Caldwell Company. She was a member of Wayne United Methodist Church, a founding member in 1933 of the T.N.T. Club in Huntington, member of The Woman's Club of Huntington, the East Huntington Kiwaniannes, the PharMedDent Bowling League, and alumni member of Alpha Chi Omega Sorority. She was an avid supporter of the Musical Arts Guild and Huntington Outdoor Theater. She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Harold Hinerman; one sister, Inez Clary; son-in-law, Ralph May and a nephew, James Clary. She is survived by three daughters, Judith Ann May of Barboursville, Janet Lynn Cowan of Atlanta, Ga., and Jennifer Lee Plyburn (Rev. Jim) of Wayne, W.Va.; eight grandchildren, Jeffrey Kent May (Stephanie), Angela Beth Myers (Jeff), Kellianne Montague (David) Janet Sue Porterfield (Russell), Vicki Lynn White (Shane), Frank Burton Cowan (Nikki), James Alan Plyburn Jr., and Jeremy Paul Plyburn; 14 great-grandchildren; one sister, Dorothy Brownfield (George) of Huntington; a sister-in-law, Evelyn Hinerman of Arizona; two nieces, Sally Cook (Donald) and Suzanne Campbell; a nephew, Dr. Ron Brownfield (Janie); numerous great-nieces and nephews; preschool children at Noah's Ark PreSchool; and a host of friends.
