Burial will be at Springlake Cemetery.Arrangements are under the direction of Parson-Ellis Funeral Home of Earth,Texas. She died Wednesday, April 9,2003 in Springlake. She was born July 3,1940 in Littlefield. She
married Dolan T.Fennell in Spring- lake on January 3,1959.She was postmaster at the Springlake post office.She was a member of the
Postmasters Association and a member of the First Baptist Church of
Springlake.
Survivors include her husband, Dolan T. Fennell of Springlake; two sons, Lexie and his wife, Kelley, and Rex and his wife, Rhonda, all of Springlake; father, C.O. Bibby of Springlake; sister, Kathy and her husband, Mike West of Springlake; grandchildren, Amy, Heath, Blake, and Brandi Fennell and Cliff Parker; and a great-grandson, Jacob Parker.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Marie Bibby.
