Bonnette C. Kovar, age 88, died Sunday, July 18, 2010, at the Seymour Hospital. Funeral services were July 20 at the Seymour Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Kent Manns of Mansfield officiating.
Interment was at the Riverview Cemetery under the direction of Seymour Memorial Funeral Home.

Mrs. Kovar was born June 20, 1922, in Seymour to Charlie and Clara B. Donald Chandler.
She married Raymond J. Kovar on Dec., 27, 1939, in Bomarton. He preceded her in death on Sept. 11, 1995. She was a homemaker and a member of the First United Methodist Church in Seymour.
Mrs. Kovar was also preceded in death by her parents; one son, Keith Alton Kovar, and five brothers and five sisters.

She is survived by three daughters, Janith Deweber and husband Ned of Seymour, Betty Tremmel of Watauga and Gloria Barrett and husband Jimmy of Throckmorton; three sons, Larry Kovar and wife Gail of Graham, Mark Kovar and wife Debbie of Fort Worth and Dennis Kovar and wife Vicki of Watauga; two sisters, Sue Powell of Seymour and Lera Nell Morgan of Sachse; 16 grandchildren, Jabe Underwood, Teri Gurau, Marci Deweber, Chandi Heenan, Juliegh Underwood, Melissa Manns, Kara Calzada, Keith Tremmel, Seth Kovar, Brandi Keeter, Amy Barner, Dylan Kovar, Erin Kovar, Nellie Whitmire, William "Bucky" Kovar and Emily Kovar; and 18 great-grandchildren.

The family asks that memorials be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
