Mrs. Ethel Marie Ulm, 69, of Rt. 4, Rensselaer, died at 1:50 p.m. Sunday in Jasper County Hospital. She had been in failing health four years.
She was born in Vallonia and had also lived in White County before moving to Jasper County in 1936. She was educated in Monon and was married in 1920 to Charles F. Ulm who survives.
Mrs. Ulm was a member of the First Christian Church, Rensselaer, the East Jordan Goodwill Home Economics Club and James Ladies Aid Society.
Surviving with the husband are two daughters, Mrs. Violet Chilcott of Monticello and Mrs. Ronald (Marsha) Campbell of Clyde, Ohio; two sons, Marvin F. of Rensselaer and Charles E. of Sauk Village, Ill.; three sisters, Mrs. Harold (Esther) Dobbins of Remington, Mrs. Cora Mull of Lafayette and Mrs. Carl (Emma) Erdman of Reynolds.
