Linda Kay Aleshire, 48, of 166 Sixth St., Luray, died Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2003, at Avante at Harrisonburg.
Mrs. Aleshire was born Aug. 11, 1955, in Charles Town, W. Va., Major William Dodson and Norma Lee Hough Dodson of Romney, W. Va.
She was a veteran of the U. S. Navy and was a notary public and a paralegal. She was a member of the Catholic Church, New Market Eagles, Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Luray Moose.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Max L. Aleshire of Stanley; two sisters, Wanda Lee Dodson Higgs and Diane Kathy Dodson Good, both of Luray and two grandchildren.
There will be a private memorial service. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice. Arrangements are by the Bradley Funeral Home in Luray.
Burial - Bethlehem Christian Church Cemetery.
