Charles F. Protsman,86,died Sunday at a convalescent, 613 N. Main St., Findlay, of complications following an illness of 2 years.He resided in Lima at 209 1/2 S.Union-st. He was a retired painter and member of the Borrowed Time Club.He is survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Cathedral Chapel of Davis-Miller and Sons Funeral Home with Rev.J.Ira Jones officiating. Burial will be in the BlueLick Cemetery.
