Mrs. Jane Young wife of Julius Young of St Joe Twp residing 15 miles from the city died at 6:15 o'clock Monday morning at the family home following an illness of 5 weeks. Death came at the age of seventy six years. Born in Ireland she came to this country when she was thirteen years of age. Besides her husband she is survived by 3 sons, William G. of Lafayette, Julius C. of Ft Wayne and Frederick G. of Lancaster, one daughter, Mrs. Sarah Springer, 6 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, one brother Henry McBratney, two sisters Mrs Margaret Eby and Mrs. Sarah Zank of Howard City. She was a member of United Brethren Church. Funeral serves for Mrs Jane Young will be held Thursday afternoon at 1:00 o'clock at the residence in St Joe Twp and at 2:00 o'clock at Parker Chapel. Rev. Mason of Huntington officiating.
