Survivors include, three sons, Jimmy Hall and wife, Gina of Pearson, GA, Gary Hall of Pearson, GA and Steve Hall of Pearson, GA; one daughter, Janice Brown and husband, Charles of Pearson, GA; and one sister, Vira Vickers of Ambrose, GA, 8 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services for Mr. Hall were held at 11 a.m. Thursday, February 28, 2008 at the Pearson Church of God of Prophecy with Rev. Hardy Crosby and Rev. Leonard Pittman officiating. Mr. Hall's granddaughter Amanda Hall read a special poem. Special music selections included "Amazing Grace" rendered by Brittany and Bryan Hall a capella and "Beulah Land" rendered by Soloist Bobby Guthrie a capella. Rita Spikes pianist presented soft music for the Prelude and the Postlude. The interment followed in Satilla Memorial Gardens. Serving as active pallbearers were, Bryan Hall, Mason Davis, Quillan Taft, Roger Taft, Danny Spikes, James "Punkin" Hall and Donnie Giddens. Relihan Funeral Home of Pearson, GA was in charge of the arrangements.
