He is survived by a son, Nathan Romine of Jeffersonville, his mother, Kay Romine Howard, 2 brothers, Ricky Wayne Howard and Brandon Howard, and a sister, Michelle Howard, all of Salyersville, an uncle, Bill Romine, an aunt, Cheryl Chandler, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. His funeral will be 2:00 Saturday at Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals with burial in Barnes Cemetery. Visitation in 12-2:00 Saturday
