Mr. Smith was born on February 19, 1971 in Houston, Texas to Floyd Wayne Smith and Sandra Tenorio. He was a graduate of Ranger High School. He was a member of North American Hunting Club. Lee grew up in Ranger and spent all of his life there fishing and hunting. He had worked for Texas Cooperative Inspection Company for the last 6 months.
Mr. Smith is survived by his companion Lacey Ward-Smith of Ranger, mother Sandra Tenorio of Ranger, father Mike Powers of Ranger, sons Josh Fisher of Tulsa Oklahoma and Michael Gilbert of Ranger, brother Tommie Powers of Ranger and sisters April Powers of Ranger and Christina Powers of Euless. Nieces and nephews Lathon, Kendeyl, Caitlyn, Nigel, Elijah, and Marianna.
