Mrs Mary E. Boyd, 90 died at the home of her son, George T. Boyd, in the Blackburn community, Monday, December 12. She was one of the oldest residents of the county and respected and revered by a large number of friends and aquaintances in Crittenden and adjoining counties. Her husband preceded her in death several years and since that time she had resided with her son, at whose home she died. Funeral services were held Tuesday, Dec. 17th, at Blackburn with the Rev. Spurlin Woodall officiating.
