Until three years ago, Eck, who spent the earlier portion of his life in Longswamp township, had been living in Philadelphia.
He then moved to the home of his son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. William Moise, in Atlantic City, after the death of his wife.
His affiliations include the Kutztown chapter of the Knights of the Golden Eagle and the Junior Mechanics of Kutztown.
Surviving in addition to his son-in-law and daughter, are one sister, Agnes Eck, Allentown; two brothers, Edgar, Emaus, and Elwood, Jamestown, North Dakota, and one grandson, Warren Moise, Atlantic City.
Funeral services will be held at 1 o'clock Tuesday afternoon from the Gonser Memorial chapel in Kutztown, with interment in Fairview cemetery, Kutztown.
