They were the parents of three children: Erma, who died in infancy; Claude and Aubra M.

AARON CRISLER, 71 DIES AT ADAMS

Funeral services were held this Thursday afternoon at the Adams Presbyterian church for Aaron S. Crisler, 71, retired Burlington Railroad engineer, formerly of this community.

Mr. Crisler died suddenly at his home in Adams, Monday evening, after having been about his usual duties and was down town during the day, appearing to be in his jovial spirit. Following the evening meal he laid down for a rest and when Mrs. Chrisler attempted to awake him he had passed on.

Aaron S. Chrisler was born in Table Rock May 19, 1886 and had been employed by the Burlington Railroad since 1906. He retired as engineer in 1954 and they moved to Adams to make their permanent residence. He lived at Wymore and Lincoln prior to that.

He is survived by his wife, Rena, one son, Aubra M. Crisler of Denver, Colo.; one sister, Mrs. Bertha Rabel of Lincoln; one brother, Roy of Omaha; one half-brother, George Crilser of Falls City, and one half-sister, Mrs. Aletha Smith of Table Rock.

He was a member of the Masonic Lodge at Adams, the York Rite Body and Sesostris Temple of the Shrine.

Funeral services were in charge of Rev. Homer Hoewing, assisted by Rev. E. L. Cochran. Interment was in the Table Rock cemetery.
