Edna Pearl Hyatt was born at Uniontown, Pa., October 13, 1903, and passed away at her home in Fairmont July 7, 1940 at the age of 36 years, 9 months and 6 days.

She came to Nebraska with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. H.U. Hyatt, in 1908. She graduated from the Fairmont high school in 1921, and taught school one year in District 78.

Miss Hyatt was united in marriage to Chester A. Moyle on November 10, 1923. To this union were born five children: Betty, John, Marjorie, Corky and the infant son, Edward Harry.

In addition to her husband and five children, she is survived by five brothers and two sisters: Edgar A. and Mrs. Annie Hiatt of Kimball, Nebraska; Roy G. of Lewellen, Nebraska; Ivan S. of Kimball, Nebraska; Marshall T. of Parma, Idaho; William H. of Tacoma, Washington; and Mrs. Raymond Bivens of Exeter.

Mrs. Moyle's life was centered in her home. It was her joy to do for her husband and children and they were devoted to her. The community unites with the family in mourning the passing of this estimable woman.

Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 at the Methodist church, with Rev. Robert L. Embree in charge. A mixed quartet comprising W.E. Black, Oliver Moul, Mrs. Ross Dorrance and Mrs. Charles Little sang, with Mrs. A.A. Ashby at the piano. Floral offerings were many and very beautiful. Interment was made in the Moyle family plot in the Fairmont cemetery. Pallbearers were Lee Roth, Francis Schepers, Harry Murrell, Francis McMahon and Floyd Benway.

Hyatt, Annie Hiatt, and Ivan Hyatt, Kimball, Nebr.; Roy Hyatt, Lewellen, Nebr.; Mr. and Mrs. RAay Bivens and family, Exeter; Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Imming, Marysville, Kan.; Mr. and Mrs. R.E. Moyle, David City, Nebr.; Mr. and Mrs. Guy Uhlig and Mr. and Mrs. Herman Hart, Cozad, Nebr.; Mrs. Morris Beel, Belmar; and Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Svenson, Elwood.
