b. 17 July 1875 – d. 15 November 1956, md Rhoda Alice (Mayberry) Barlow, b. 23 October 1878 – d. 18 July 1972. Dillard Coe Barlow, s/o Thomas Wilson Barlow (1848-1923)
& Delia Ann Masters (1852-1941).

Funeral services for Dillard Coe Barlowe, 81, will be conducted Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock at Hooper and Huddleston Funeral home. The Rev. James R. Cox, pastor of the First Methodist church, will officiate. Interment in Crestlawn Memorial cemetery.
His death occurred Thursday at the Cookeville General hospital following a long illness.
Mr. Barlow, the son of the late Thomas and Delia Masters Barlowe, was a native of Jackson county. He was a retired merchant of White and Putnam counties and was a member of the Methodist church.
Mr. Barlowe and members of his family have called Cookeville home for several years residing first on First Street and later at 282 Whitson Avenue.
He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Alice Mayberry Barlowe, six daughters, Mrs. J. C. Petty, Mrs. Grady Coble, Lewisburg, Mrs. Jesse Draper, Algood, Mrs. Vena Bryan, West Point, MS, Mrs. Jasper Bailey, Cookeville, Mrs. Fred Clark, Lebanon, four brothers, Freeman Barlowe, Algood, Walter, Marvin, and Will Barlowe of Gainesboro, and several grandchildren.
