Thomas Underwood was a Revolutionary War Veteran and is listed in Mrs John Scott Williams' book on page 64. This book contains a list of soldiers in North Carolina that were in the Rev. War. It was compiled for the Alexandra Martin Chapter of the DAR at High Point, NC in 1948. A copy is in the NC State Library in Raleigh, NC on 109 East Jones Street, 27602.
