PATRICIA BARBER, 60, of Ruskin died Sunday at Humana Hospital Brandon. A native of Elyria, Ohio, she had lived in the Tampa Bay area 19 years. She was a cashier for U-Save and a Methodist. She is survived by three sons, Thomas A. of Charleston, S.C., Donald E. of Fayetteville, N.C., and Robert W. of Ruskin; two daughters, Lynn E. Miller of Brandon and Karen S. Todd of Ruskin; one brother, Calvin J. Shiendler of Loraine, Ohio; one sister, Judith Holmes of South Amherst, Ohio; and 10 grandchildren.
