At Norway, Mich., Friday, April 11, 1902, Mrs. Josepha Ahlich, aged 72 years, 3 months and 28 days. We noted last week the death of the estimable woman who has been a resident of Norway for about 21 years. She was a native of Austria and came to America with her family about 26 years ago. For some years, she with her sons, conducted a successful meat market in this city, losing the savings of a lifetime in the great fire of 1888. She was of kindly disposition and the large attendance at her funeral testified to the esteem with which she was regarded. She left four sons, Frank and Adolph of this city, and Joseph and Fred - both former residents.
The remains were buried from St. Mary's Catholic church Sunday, the internment being in Norway cemetery.

Josephine was 72 and living on Cyclops Street when she died from Cancer of the leg. She was the mother of 6 children, only 4 living at the time of her death.
Father is Joseph Hargil, Austria
