Mildred Erlandson
NORWAY—Mildred A. Erlandson, 94, of Norway, died Thursday at Pinecrest Medical Care Facility in Powers.

Mrs. Erlandson was born June 19, 1895 in Norway, daughter of the late Frank and Mary (Scheinborn) Ahlich. She was a lifelong resident of Norway.

She married Arvid Erlandson on Nov. 26, 1915 in Norway. He preceded her in death on Aug. 20, 1964.

Mrs. Erlandson was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church of Norway, the Altar Society and the Daughters of Isabella. She was also a member of the Hall-DeWinter Post 145 American Legion Auxiliary of Norway.

She was preceded in death by three brothers, Theodore, Frank and Ralph Ahlich and two sisters, Josephine Swanberg and Lena King.

She is survived by two sons, Lyle of Norway and Arvid Jr. of Kalamazoo, Mich.; daughter, Dolores Erlandson of Norway, five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. Sunday at Miner Funeral Home of Norway, Daughters of Isabella will recite the rosary at 6:30 Sunday evening and parish prayers will follow at 7 p.m.

Services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Monday at Miner Funeral Home and at 10 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church of Norway. Fr. Peter Carli will officiate.

Burial will be in Norway Township Cemetery.
