Michael Donovan Achee, 47, a native and resident of Terrebonne Parish, died Wednesday, Aug. 30, 2000.

Visitation will be from noon to funeral time Friday at Samart Funeral Home. A memorial service
will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, with burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No.
2.

He is survived by his wife, Nina S. Achee of Houma; his mother, Ruth Bergeron Achee of Houma; one daughter, Kalah Achee of Houma; two brothers, Billy Achee and wife, Tina, and Philip Achee and wife, Virginia, all of Houma; and two sisters, Mrs. Frank (Donna) Jarveaux and Mrs. Buddy (Susan) Crochet of Houma.

He was preceded in death by his father, Donovan Achee; and one daughter, Synclaire Achee.

He was a production supervisor for Baker Energy, a U.S. Army veteran, a member of the Old Guard Ceremonial Unit in Washington, D.C. and a parishioner of St. Francis de Sales Cathedral.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Hospice or the American Cancer
Society.
