CLARK FUNERAL HOME, NEOSHO,MO

Helen J. Vinson, 72, died 10:20a.m., Friday, July 2,1999
following a short illness, at Freeman Neosho Hospital in Neosho.

Mrs. Vinson was born September 18, 1926 in Commerce, Oklahoma to Howard Thompson & Ethel (Reynolds)Thompson.

She was a homemaker and member of the Baptist Church. She and Dock B. Vinson was married March 21, 1942 in Vinita, Oklahoma and he survives her. She is also survived by two sons, Glen Vinson, Joplin, Benny Vinson, Seneca; a daughter, Jean Moore, Joplin; Two sisters, Beulah of Wagoner, Oklahoma, Verde Chapman, Miami, Oklahoma; Eight grand-children and seven great-grandchildren.

Graveside services, under the direction of Clark Funeral Home, Neosho, will be held 10:00a.m. Tuesday, July 6, 1999 at Spring Valley Cemetery near tipton Ford, with Rev. Malcolm Mosby officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be Tom Vinson, Leroy Moore, Brett Downing, Mick Coster, Frank Moore & Shane Bryant.

Mrs. Vinson will lie in state 12:00 noon to 5:00p.m. on Sunday and 9:00a.m. to 7:00p.m. Monday with the family receiving friends 6:00 to 7:00p.m. on Monday
