HAPPY - Willora Dale Pryor, 69, died Monday, July 12, 2010, in Amarillo.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Happy's Memorial Chapel with Rick Bloodworth, minister of Church of Christ in Happy, officiating. Burial will be in Happy Cemetery by Brooks Funeral Directors.

Willora Dale Pryor was born on Aug. 3, 1940, in Tulia to Samuel and Bonnie Franklin Sluder. She married Jerry Lee Pryor on Sept. 6, 1958. He preceded her in death in 1988. Her grandchildren were her life.

She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Wayne Sluder and Lilburn Sluder; and two sisters, Evelyn Burns and Thelma Hagain.

Survivors include two daughters, Nita Simpson and husband John Earl III of Tulia and Dalene Sims and husband Mike of Happy; five grandsons, Ryan Sims, Adam Sims, Brad Sims, Cass Weavers and Randy Weavers; six great-grandchildren; two brothers, Wilbur Sluder of Pampa and Wendell Sluder of Amarillo; and two sisters, Phyllis Mathis of Happy and Wilma Walker of Edgewood, N.M.

The family suggests memorials be to American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 50433, Amarillo, TX 79159; or to the American Heart Association, 6605 W. Interstate 40, Amarillo, TX 79106.

Viewing will be from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. today at Happy's Memorial Chapel.
