Meri A. VanDiepenbos, 75, of Goshen, died Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at Goshen Hospital.
She was born August 21, 1947 in Three Rivers, Michigan to Raymond L. And Deloris (Bowyer) Lapham. They preceded her in death.
On January 3, 1970, she married Paul VanDiepenbos. He died April 8, 2001.
She is survived by her five siblings; Janet (Jeffrey) Mackling of Elkhart, Cheryn Weaver, of Goshen, Patricia Double of Bristol, Twyla (Steve) Miller of Elkhart, and Curtis Lapham of Goshen; and many nephews and nieces.
Mrs. VanDiepenbos was a graduate of Carter Secretarial School, Elkhart. She worked for many years in the Elkhart County judicial system as a legal secretary.
Meri, along with her husband Paul, enjoyed traveling and attending various Corvette Club events. She also enjoyed passing time watching game shows on television.
Visitation will be Sunday, December 18, 2022 from 1-3 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen,
A 10 a.m. funeral service will be held Monday, December 19, 2022, also at the funeral home.
