SLIGO - Mrs. Olive Esther Barger, 61, of Curllsville died Saturday morning in the Brookville Hospital.
She was bom October 22,1911, in Curllsville, a daughter of John and Olive Pearl Weeter McCall.
She was a member of the Curllsville United Methodist Church and the Order of the Eastern Star in Sligo.
She was married October 27, 1933 to Joseph F. Barger who survives along with one son, Vernon D. Barger of Waunakee, Wisc.; one daughter, Mrs. George (Josephine) Shirey of Clarion; two brothers, Victor McCall of Sligo RD and William R. McCall of Clarion; and two sisters, Mrs. Edwin (Estella) Stewart of Sligo RD and Mrs. James (Martha) Henry of New Bethlehem RD.
Also surviving are one half -brother, Edward Weeter of Kittanning, and four grandchildren.
Two brothers, Ansley and Leslie, are deceased.
The family will receive friends at the Hawk Funeral Home in Sligo from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm today. Services will be held at the funeral home at 2 pm Tuesday. Rev. Dale Reitz of the Curllsville United Methodist Church will officiate.
Interment will be in the Rimersburg Cemetery.
