I wish I knew so much more about my family, but truth is they were very private people always. I do know John Henry was married to Annie and lived on Hickory St. in Abbeville, across from my grandmother's Aunt Mag. Who is Maggie Richey of Abbeville, SC. Uncle Henry as I called him and Aunt Annie had a baby together who died. Unfortunately back then I guess they didnt name them. So when my Aunt became pregnant and went to a Home for Unwed Mother's, they took it among themselves to see about adopting the baby and giving him or her a home. They soon adopted a baby boy, who they named Billy Ray. Billy Ray at the age of 13 complained about a bad headache at the age of 13, and on the way to the hospital died of a burst anurysym. They never adopted again, and when Annie died, Henry moved to a trailor park so he had less to take care of. He was found in his trailor with excessive heat, where he had been dead for over 3 days. I remember going to his visitation and they had to run fans to help keep it cool in there. My great Aunt Mag at that time wasin her 90's and sat right beside him the whole time. He deserved so much more than this. We as a Human race need to make sure the elderly are just as ok as we are!!!
