Irvin was born Dec. 27 1906 in Sisters, Ore, Son of Clyde Linton and Jennie Syvilla Johnson. He and Vera were married 25 Feb,1929, in Coalville,Utah. Marriage soleminized in the Salt Lake Temple.
He was a farmer and stock raiser and Constructuon worker.
An active member of the LDS Church and a former member of the Arcadia Ward Bishopric. A High Priest, Sunday School Superintendent, Hometeacher and Assistant Scout Master. He served in the US Navy from 1921-26. He had been employed in th Parkcity mines for 11 years, and the Bonanza mines for 4 years.
