Walterboro - Gaynell Price Crosby Belt, 92, died Sunday in a Beaufort nursing home. The funeral will be at 4 p.m. Tuesday in Fred Parker Funeral Home. Burial will be in Live Oak Cemetery. Mrs. Belts was born in Colleton County, a daughter of Henry C. Price and Mary Remley Price. She was an active member of Sandy Dam United Methodist Church. She was first married to the late Herman G. Crosby and was the widow of Emmett L. Belt. Surviving are two sons, von Lehe Crosby and Tubby Crosby, both of Edisto Island; two daughters, Virginia Drawdy of Walterboro and Deanie Gabbard of Tampa, Fla.; and 16 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren. © The Post and Courier, Charleston, SC, 1 Mar 1993
