Married Geneva Dean Ross in Paris. Retired in 1979 after 28 years of service as a lab technician with Texas Highway Department. Was a member of Ramseur Baptist Church for 59 years. Surviving are his wife; 2 daughters and a son in law, Alice and Gerrell Wheat of Pitssburg and Barbara Scott of Dallas; a son and daughter in law, Eddie and Judy Adams of Euless; 5 grandchildren, Jeff Wheat of Pittsburg, Julie and Susan Scott of Dallas, Kevin and Kim Adams of Euless. Was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Jack and Tom Adams.'
