HAVERHILL — Barbara Ann Willey, daughter of the late John C. and Francis (Chase) Willey, died Wednesday, June 30, 2010 at Penacook Place of Haverhill, where she was a resident for the past five years.
Barbara attended school in Haverhill and was a graduate of Haverhill High School. After graduation she attended Nashua Memorial School of Nursing and was a Registered Nurse until her retirement.
She leaves one sister, Norma Horsch and husband Arnold T. Horsch Jr. of Haverhill; a brother, John F. Willey and wife Barbara of New York; along with several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Joan (Willey) Brown who died in February, 2003.
Our family would like to thank everyone at Penacook Place for being so caring and for all their support over the years.
ARRANGEMENTS: Donations in her memory may be made to the Tree of Dreams or the Activities Department, C/O Penacook Place, 150 Water St., Haverhill, MA 01830. By request of the family, there will be no visiting hours. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by Paul C. Rogers & Sons Family Funeral Home, 36 West Main St., Merrimac.
