Elisabeth Macintosh Conner - Betty Conner passed away July 17, 1998 in Salt Lake City following a long struggle with emphysema.

Betty was born October 28, 1911 in Salt Lake City, to Phillip J. Macintosh and Lucile Collier Macintosh Gibson. She married Ralph M. Conner, Jr. on September 17, 1937 in Farmington, Utah. They were married for 50 years. He preceded her in death August 25, 1987.

Survived by brother, Gregory A. (Karla) Gibson, San Louis Obispo, CA; three sons, Ralph (Vera) Conner, Geoffrey G. Conner, of Salt Lake City; Robert "Joe" A. Conner, Edmonds, WA; four grandchildren, Glenn, Salt Lake City; Brett, Flagstaff, AZ; Brian and Daniel, Salt Lake City; and one great-grandchild.

At Betty's request, a private family service is to be held in her honor. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Huntsman Cancer Center or the Utah Lung Association. Funeral directors, Evans & Early.
