"Sims-Hagelstein Marriage
On Tuesday, Jan. 16, 1902, at the home of her parents, Mr. & Mrs. B.O. Sims, near Mexico, Missouri, Miss Willa Sims was united in marriage to Mr. Henry Hagelstein. Rev. Coykendall, of the Christian Church, at 11:30 a.m. pronouncing the impressive ceremony that united these two lives for better or worse.

Mr. & Mrs. Hagelstein left at once for Kansas City & San Angelo, arriving here Saturday morning. The bride, a beautiful and accomplished young lad, visited her uncle, D.E. Sims (this would have been her father's brother, Dunlap Edmund), of Paint Rock, a year or more ago, for several months, and while in West Texas, made many friends and acquaintances who will cordially welcome her as the wife of one of our leading young business men. She is the sister of John W. Sims, a prominent young business and society man of our city, who is largely interested in land, stock, and the telephone company.

Mr. Hagelstein is engaged in the saddle and harness business on a large scale, and is one of the successful young men of the town. The many friends of the happy young couple bid them God-Speed on the journey of life.
