Last Rites Held for Mrs. Doratha Bernice Grimm
The Hamilton Herald-News June 25, 1959

Mrs. Doratha Bernic Grimm 32, died in her home at 410 East Pierson Street in Hamilton Friday morning at 1:30 o'clock, following several years illness.

Funeral services were held from the Bob riley Funeral Chapel on Saturday afternoon, June 20, at 4 o'clock, with Elder Oran Dalton of Fort Worth and Rev. H. G. Ball officiating. Burial was in he I.O.O.F Cemetery.

Mrs. Grimm was born in the Blue Ridge community May 31, 1927. She was married to V. E. Grimm April 30, 1951. She was a graduate of the Hamilton High School and had two years' training as a nurse in King's Daughters Hospital in Temple, but was forced to quit training on account of her health.

Deceased is survived by two daughters: Julia, 7, and Kathy Len, 6; her parents, Elder and Mrs. Len Dalton; four sisters: Mrs. Jack Koen, Miss Evelyn Dalton, and Miss Mollie Dalton, all of Hamilton, and Miss Ruth Dalton of San Antonio; four brothers Joe Dalton, Hamilton; L. M. Dalton, San Antonio; L. W. Dalton, Eastland; G. L. Dalton, Providence, R. I.

The pallbearers were Dr. C. B. Cathey, Bert Schrank, John H. Neal, Jack W. Ken, Harry Haflin, and Ray Stewart.
