John Halstead Boyce, 88 of Jacox, W. Va. was a son of the late Robert and Deema Taylor Boyce. He was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth Workman Boyce in 1954. He was a retired farmer and member of the Beulah Methodist Church. He is survived by three sons, Oliver of Stuartstown, Pa., Okey of Sinks Grove, W. Va. and Sidney of Elkton, Md.; Diane Crain and Texie Allen, both of Elkton, Md., Ada Oakley of Edgewood, Md., and Hallie Miller of St. Albans, W. Va.; and 41 grandchildren. Burial in Fairview Cemetery, Keenan, W. Va.
