The Condition of Above obligation is such that if the above bounded
John Wiley administrator of all and singular the goods and chattels, rights and credits of the said deceased, which have or shall come to the hands possessions or knowledge of the said John Wiley or into the hands and possessions of any other person or persons for him, and the same so made do exhibit or cause to be exhibited to the County Court, where orders of administrations past, within 90 days after the date of these present: and the same goods, chattels, and credits, and all the other goods, chattels and credits of the said deceased at the time of his death, or which at any time after shall come to the hands or possessions of the said John Wiley or into the hands or possessions of any other person or persons for him, do well and truly administer according to the law. And further do make or cause to be made a true and just account and of the said administration within two years after the date of these present; and all the rest and residue of the said goods, chattels, and credits, which shall be found remaining upon the said administrators account, the same being first examined and allowed by the County Court, shall deliver and pay to such person or persons respectfully as the same shall be due unto pursuant to the true intent and meaning of the acts of the General Assembly in such cases made and provided. And if it shall appear that any last will and testament was made by the deceased, and the Executor or Executors therein named due exhibit the same into court, making requests to have it allowed and approved accordingly, if the said John Wiley above named being thereunto required, do render and deliver the said letters of administration, approbation of such testament being first had and made in the said court, then this obligation to be voided and end of none effect, or else to remain in full course and virtue.

Know all men by these present, That we Robert Wiley, Daniel Thom, William Gammons, All of Guilford County, in the State aforesaid, are held and firmly bonded unto Governor of North Carolina in the sum of $400. pounds current money to be paid to the said Governor of North Carolina in trust for the benefit of the child hereafter named, committed to tuition of the said Robert Wiley To which payment well and truly to be made we bind ourselves, and each of us, each and every of our heirs, executors of administrators, jointly and severely firmly by these present. Sealed with ourseals, and dated the 20 day of February in the year of our Lord 1827
The condition of the above obligation is such, that whereas the abounded Robert Wiley is constituted and appointed guardian to ELIHU, HOLLIDAY and MALINDA WILEY, minor ophans now if the said Robert Wiley shall faithfull execute his said guardianship, and particularly shall well and secure and improve all the Estate of the Said Elihu, Holliday, Malinda Wiley that shall come into his possession for the benefit for the said Elihu, Holliday, and Malinda Wiley until they shall arrive at full age, or be sooner thereto required, and shall render a plain and true account of his said Guardianship, on oath, before the Justices of our said Court, in all cases required by the act of Assemby, and deliver up pay or possess, the said Elihu, Holliday or Malinda Wiley of all such Estate or Estates as they ought to be possessed of when lawfully required by said Elihu, Holliday, and Malinda or to such other persons as shall be lawfully empowered or authorized to receive the same, and the profits arising therefrom, then this obligation to be voided; or to remain in full force and virtue

Presents that whereas we Greenberry Warren & Ann Warren late Ann Wiley who
Intermarried with the said Greenberry Warren John Peters & Sarah Peters his wife
Late Sarah Wiley of Lawful Age the Co. of Pike in State of Ohio. Leihugh Wiley Holladay Wiley & Malinda Wiley minors under the age of 21yrs children & legal Representatives of Robert Wiley Desceased late of Guilford Co.
in State of NC Are seized in fee of and in all that tract of land which was owned & possessed by the said Robert Wiley.Situate lying & being in the said County of Guilford in State of N. Carolina Containing 170 Acres. The said Robert Wiley dying intestate the said land descended to the heirs above mentioned in parceneary. Now know ye that
we the said Greenberry Warren & Ann Warren wife of the said Greenberry, John
Peters & Sarah Peters wife of the said John, have made constituted & appointed & by
these presents do make constitute & appoint Stephanus Hunt in Fayette County in the
State of Ohio, our true & lawful attorney for us & in our names to sell grant & convey
absolutely in fee simple all of our undivided interest in the said tract of land aforesaid
to wit 170 Acres of Land lying & being in the Co. of Guilford in the State of North
Carolina of which the said Robert Wiley Our Father Died seized & possessed which
Interest being 2/5th the said tract of land for such price or sum of money & to such person or persons as he shall think fit & convenient & also for us & in our names to seal Execute & deliver such deeds, conveyances, bargains & sales for the absolute sale & disposal thereof or of any part thereof with such clauses covenants & agreements to be herein contained as our said Attorney should think fit, and expedience hereby ratifying confirming all such deeds & conveyance bargains or sales which shall at any time
hereafter be sealed & executed by our said attorney touching on concerning the pre-
mises & further we do hereby authorize & impower our said attorney for us & in our
