Apr. 8, 1935, pg 3, col 4: Mrs. Sarah Young Green to be buried Tuesday in the Full Gospel tabernacle church Tuesday at 2 p.m. funeral services will be conducted for Mrs. Sarah Young Green, 432 North Thirtieth street. Mrs. Green died at her home Saturday at 11:30 p.m. She is survived by her husband, Adam Green, seven daughters, Mrs. Paul Steele, Mrs. John Forhetz, Mrs. James Buchanan, Mrs. Ray Sherred, Georgia, Rebecca and Elenora Green; three sons, Daniel, James and Charles Green; her mother, Mrs. Susie Scott; six brothers, James, Charles and Thomas Young, Ollie, Elbert and Samuel Scott; two sisters, Mrs. Ella Reader and Mrs. Lillie Mathews and six grandchildren.

Funeral Tuesday, April 9, at 2 p.m. from Walsh Funeral Home to Full Gospel Tabernacle church. Interment Mt. Hope cemetery.

Two other daughters died as infants in St Louis, Sarah Leona Green and Viola Bell Green, burial information is unknown.
