MRS. A. J. CONKLE DIED SUNDAY AT THE AGE OF 82
Mrs. A. J. Conkle, 82 years old, of 714 East Jefferson Street, died at her home yesterday morning about 7 o'clock. she had been in failing health for some time and had been confined to her bed for the past six months.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 tomorrow morning at Brashear, preceded by a short service at the home here at 9 o'clock. The Rev. W. C. Davis will have charge of the services.
Besides her husband, Mrs. Conkle is survived by two daughters. Mrs. Maud Stewart, of Monrovia, Calif., and Mrs. Sam Platz, of near Brashear; and one sister, Mrs. Anna Price, of Knoxville, Tenn. She has been a resident of Kirksville for several years, and has many friends here who sympathize with the family in their bereavement.
