Burial was in Panhandle Cemetery by Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors of Panhandle.
Mrs. Webb died Monday, Feb. 13, 1995 in her home.
A native of Odessa, she had been a Panhandle resident since 1982. She was an employee of Texas Department of Human Services working in Amarillo, Borger, and Pampa before she retired.
She graduated from Bloomfield High School, New Mexico and Eastern New Mexico University in Portales, N.M.
Survivors include her husband, O'Dell of the home; a son, Jasonlee O'Dell Webb of the home; three daughters, Sherri Lynn Oseletto of Panhandle; Stacy Renee Webb and Shayla Elizabeth Webb, both of the home; her father and stepmother, W.D. and Rosalia Tharp of Farmington, N.M.; her mother, Lorena M. Tharp of Panhandle; two brothers, Don Tharp and Elbert Tharp, both of Farmington, N.M.
