Miss Barney Dies in Prineville
Funeral services for Miss May Barney, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Barney, of the East Barrett district, who died Monday at Prineville, where she had been living, were held yesterday afternoon at the parents' home. The body of Miss Barney, a victim of typhoid fever, arrived here Tuesday afternoon. C. C. Anderson directed the funeral.

OBITUARY
Mrs. M. R. Healy
Funeral services for Mrs. M. R. Healy, of Prineville, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Barney, were held from the home of the parents in the East Barrett district Wednesday afternoon of last week. Rev. J. C. Hanna, pastor of the First Christian church, officiating. Interment followed at Idlewilde cemetery.
Lela Mae Barney was born at Greenville, Texas, July 22, 1897. She accompanied her parents to Oregon in 1900. The family moved from Prineville to Hood River several years ago. The deceased and Mr. Healy were married July 4, 1919. A son was born to them May 3, 1921. Mrs. Healy joined the Christian church at Prineville in 1913.
Mrs. Healy's death resulted at Prineville from an attack of typhoid fever. She was ill but a short time.
