January 7, 1925 there must have been sighs of relief as well as smiles of satisfaction in the home of Clarence L. and Ida Belle Rowe. It was not just that a child had been born but "a boy had been born to the Rowe household!

He was named after his father and became Clarence Robert. The new child had five sisters but only two were living at home at the time.

Clarence Robert grew to be known as Bobbie and became a very responsible young man. When he was 19 Bob married 16 year old Leona Dugal.

After a tour in the armed forces he found employment with the Ford Motor Company. There he grew into a purchasing position that provided for his growing family very well.

Bob and his wife Leona raised six children: Diane, Bruce, Valerie, Brian, Julie and Jeanna.

In later years Clarence Robert Rowe recovered rather well from some very serious physical difficulties. Then on July 7, 2004 he slipped away leaving a very loving family. In less than one year his wife Leona followed him.
