Nelda Maurine Moffett was born on July 15, 1916 to John R. and Mary Miller Peebles in Livingston, Texas. Nelda went to be with the Lord on January 11, 2013 at the age of 96.
Nelda was preceded in death by both her parents; loving husband Roy H. Moffett; brothers Alvin, J.C., Edward & Billy; sisters, Maudie Collier & Twila Dickerson.
Nelda was a member of the First Baptist Church in Goodrich, Texas. She loved to crochet and was a caregiver to family and friends. A Celebration of Nelda's life will be at Pace Funeral Home.
Interment will follow at Peebles Cemetery in Livingston, Texas.
