John F.Baylor,a retired farmer living at Broadway,N.J.,died at 7:30 last evening at the Easton Hospital,aged 88 years.He was admitted to the hospital on February 4 and underwent surgical treatment for kidney and bladder trouble.Mr.Baylor was a native of Warren county and was a son of the late Jacob M.and Elizabeth W.Baylor.All of his life was spent in the vicinity of Broadway and he had many friends throughout the county.He is survived by two children Mrs.George Simonton,of Uniontown,near Stewartsville,and Bert Baylor,of Broadway.He also leaves two sisters,Mrs.Matilda Case,of Phillipsburg was [ must be error] Mrs.Elizabeth Krinic,of Milford.Deceased was a member of the Broadway M.E.church,the Free Masons Lodge at Washington,Warren Geange,and Warren County Forest Tall Cedars of Lebanon,of Phillipsburg.

Baylor Funeral Saturday

The late John F.Baylor,of Broadway,who died at the Easton Hospital on Wednesday evening,is survived by five grandchildren and two great grandchildrn,in addition to the survivors already mentioned.The funeral will be held on Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock at his late residence and Rev.Neil Van Loon,pastor of the Broadway M.E.church,will officiate.Interment will be made in the cemetery adjoining the church.
